- Who runs this product?
- Veristria, a Norwegian company founded by Lars O. Horpestad. It is an aksjeselskap (AS) under incorporation (filed 24 August 2026) at Sofie Steinnes'veg 9A, 4352 Kleppe, Norway, and it is separate from AI ThinkLab AS (org.nr. 933 078 523), the founder's prior company. - How do I contact support?
- Email support@teamveristria.com or call +47 988 36 369 (Europe/Oslo). Typical reply: within one business day.
- How do I know an email is really from you?
- It comes from one of these domains and nothing else: @teamveristria.com, @useveristria.com, @meetveristria.com, @veristriagroup.com, @veristriahq.com, @veristriaworks.com and @withveristria.com. FeeGuard lives on feeguard.dev, but all company and product mail is sent from those Veristria domains, so any sender can be checked against the imprint at veristria.com/imprint.
- Is Veristria affiliated with Stripe, Supabase or Vercel?
- No. Those names appear only to describe what the products work with.
- Who authorises a recovery or clawback?
- You do. Detection is read-only. Write scopes are optional; automatic recovery runs only for rules you enable. You can revoke the Stripe key in your Stripe dashboard at any time.
- Do you have a SOC 2 report?
- No. See feeguard.dev/security. Enterprise customers can request a security overview, subprocessors list and DPA via legal@teamveristria.com.
