Invoices and payment
Two invoice types exist: the monitoring service invoice monthly, and recovery-fee invoices whenever automated recoveries confirm during a period. Both reference audit-trail evidence.
Service invoices
Name the plan, the period and the rate. Annual plans invoice as ten monthly equivalents per the pricing table — the line items show the arithmetic.
Recovery-fee invoices
Reference the month, the number of confirmed recoveries, the confirmed dollar total, and the tiered calculation. Every underlying reversal id is exportable from the audit trail if finance wants to verify against Stripe directly.
Billing contacts
Update the billing email from settings; changes take effect immediately on the next issuance. Past invoices remain downloadable from billing settings.
