Upgrading, downgrading, cancelling
Plan changes apply at period boundaries unless an immediate upgrade is requested; downgrades stop monitoring but preserve history; cancellations keep exports available through the notice window.
Upgrading
Takes effect immediately when requested — monitoring starts catching events from that moment, and the historical lookback remains available to backfill anything missed.
Downgrading
Continuous monitoring and automation halt at the boundary. Historical findings remain viewable and exportable indefinitely; the queue simply stops growing until monitoring resumes.
Cancelling
Export everything worth keeping first — findings CSV and the audit trail both export. Data deletion follows the schedule in the security article; exports are yours to keep regardless.
