Columns explained

Amount (owed), cause, charge/account references, age, risk band, state. Evidence lives one click deeper in the drawer.

Sort by reachability tier then amount descending — the backlog playbook’s ordering, built in.

By cause for engineering handoffs; by age for SLA sweeps; by state for closure pushes.
