Every finding carries a risk score ordering your queue and gating automation.
Inputs and bands
Amount, cause class, ambiguity flags, account state, history compose the score. Severe ≥80; Moderate 50–79; Low <50.
Where it acts
Queue ordering prioritises severe items; auto-clawback requires ≥70 plus all other gates.
What it is not
Not a recovery probability, not a compliance rating — an operational priority number with published composition.
