Running your historical scan

The historical scan replays ninety days of history through all four detectors, producing your recoverable baseline. It paginates carefully, respects rate limits, and re-runs safely.

What it checks

Every refunded charge with a transfer, every application fee on refunded revenue, every lost dispute with an un-reversed transfer, every cross-border conversion versus its daily baseline.

Duration expectations

Small platforms: minutes. Mid-volume: tens of minutes. High-volume: the scan processes pages then re-enqueues itself, so long scans progress visibly rather than timing out.

Reading results

Results land as findings grouped by cause with risk scores, plus totals. CSV export mirrors the queue exactly.

Re-running safely

Scans upsert rather than duplicate; re-run freely after fixes or suspected gaps without polluting history.

Common questions

Scan seems slow — normal?

Volume-dependent; watch processed-page counts climb. Stalls beyond an hour with zero progress warrant a support note.
